Hello all! Welcome to the Hudson Valley Knits Podcast. I hope you enjoy my chat with colorwork Designer Deborah Tomasello of PatchworksByDebi at the end of a podcast. She is donating a pattern to give away!
News:
I’m going to come right out and say it. I need more test knitters. I only have 2 so far and would like at least 2 more. There is a thread with all the details in my Ravelry group so please go check it out if you are interested in test knitting. I knit my shawl with Lost City Knits Twin Canyon Fingering which is a beautiful Merino/Silk blend with 500yards per skein. Lost City Knits Foothills Fingering 100 Merino wool at 560 yards per skein. Another luscious yarn that is little less expensive but still beautiful.
Senior Love Along is getting closer! I am collecting cotton wash clothes to hand out to seniors living in homes during the holiday season. Please hold on to your washcloths until later in the year. There is an FO thread where you can post a picture of each of your washcloths. Each one you make is a chance to win a prize! Check out the chat thread to see pictures of all the lovely prizes!
